There are lines in this TED talk that make me think I should go straight to a counselor, sit there, and say "Hey, I think I'm dealing with depression."
And I should just talk about what I feel as symptoms. Not about the relationship shit, not about the childhood daddy issue stuff, not about the sadness, nothing. Just, the powerlessness, the anxiety, the apathy..
The only reason I don't do it, is the ridiculous health insurance situation I have. And by "situation I have", I mean not having the fucking insurance.
